Apartment Maintenance Service Technician

We are seeking a motivated, experienced maintenance service technician to work at one of our residential complexes in Louisville, Kentucky. We are a family owned property management company with residential and commercial properties throughout Louisville.

Job Duties:

• Complete daily resident work and service order requests in a timely manner, providing outstanding customer experiences to residents.
• Experience with basic repairs, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry masonry, and painting skills.
• Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, door/cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
• Keep a clean work area, tools and equipment.
• Responsible for other duties as may be assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of previous residential apartment or facilities maintenance experience required
• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
• Ability to operate tools and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines at all times is essential
• Responsible to be available to work on a department-wide rotational on-call basis as scheduled
• Maintain the required property uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Reliable and on-time attendance is essential
